But in the focus on baby, too often we forget about helping Mom prepare, heal and restore her pelvic floor and core before getting back to all the activities she loves. The MyFituals goal is to help guide you safely back to a strong and healthy body, helping improve symptoms many postpartum women experience like:

Safe Return to Fitness
In this private, one-on-one program, you’ll learn about some of the changes that have occurred over the last 9 months and why it’s important to ease back into your new and powerful postpartum body. The Safe Return to Fitness program was created to teach the new mom how to heal and restore her core before jumping back into regular activities.
As a MuTu pro certified trainer and postpartum fitness specialist, I will customize and guide you through exercises that engage the deepest core muscles and help rebuild the pelvic floor. I’ll ensure you’re truly benefiting from your workouts, teach you about alignment, modify your exercises based on your individual needs, keep you motivated and most importantly, help you to identify the exercises that are making your core weaker. This program is ideal for anyone dealing with diastasis rectis, prolapse or any other pelvic floor symptoms or just the mama looking to build her strength from the inside out. This program is designed for women who are at least 4 weeks to 5 plus years postpartum.
The one-on-one setting allows you to bring your little one along while being able to focus on yourself. *A minimum of 2 - 4 sessions are recommended before returning back to your fitness routine.
Ritual + 1
This class is designed for new moms who are at least 8 weeks postpartum and cleared from their doctor to start exercising again. Incorporating the fundamentals of the Ritual class, Ritual+1 has a special focus on healing the core and pelvic floor, post baby. Jump start your post baby fitness journey the right way with a certified postpartum specialist in a safe, community based atmosphere and have fun! Bring your little one along to ensure that you can get some “Mom” time in.
